With 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, I am continously driven by my passion for creating excellent and exciting vehicles. In my current role, I am helping shape Ford Motor Company's electric future by bringing together our Product Development, Manufacturing, Studio Design, and Marketing teams to create and execute a plan for success in the rapidly evolving EV landscape.As a product planning analyst with the Mach-E team, I played a critical role in the creation of the world's first rally-inspired electric SUV, the Ford Mustang Mach-E Rally. I was there at the very beginning, helping create concept definitions, customer profiles, and content assumptions, and creating a financial, development, and Manufacturing plan to take our rally-fueled dreams from a single email to reality in only 18 months. As I transitioned from planner to program manager, I led prototype build phases, supported launch at the production plant, and demonstrated a willingness to do whatever was necessary to ensure a timely, high-quality launch. I also led vehicle builds to support marketing and communications initiatives, including the Goodwood Festival of Speed, North American International Auto Show, and Rebelle Rally. My marketing and communications experience has helped me use my work and my platform to be a strong advocate for our company and its products. In previous roles at Ford, I also served as an automatic transmission calibration engineer, in Transmission and Driveline Engineering. In my 7 years as a calibrator, I helped develop and launch the industry's first 10-speed automatic transmission, used globally in the F-150, Expedition, Navigator, Mustang, Bronco, and more.I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with High Honor from Michigan State University in Spring 2012. While there, I was a member of the Honors College and was named to the Dean's List every semester. I am a member of Tau Beta Pi engineering honors society and Pi Tau Sigma mechanical engineering honors society, having served as an officer in PTS for two semesters. Outside of work, my time is spent worshiping and serving at my church, traveling, working on my house or cars, playing sports and exercising, or simply spending time with my growing family. I'm a "car guy" at heart, and enjoy attending cruises, shows, or other automotive events with my 1996 Camaro Z28 or my 2013 Focus ST.
