Responsible for Martin Place Mined Tunnel Works which includes:- Excavation of large caverns and adit junctions using road headers under sensitive structures in the city including Macquarie Bank, high rise buildings on Castlereagh St and Elizabeth St, heritage listed Bennelong Sewer, Telstra tunnels and Eastern Suburbs Rail Line tunnels. - Diverse tunnel support installation due to varied ground conditions and proximity to existing structures including rock bolts, shotcrete, spiling bars, canopy tubes and lattice girders. - Major concrete lining works in the tunnels including waterproofing, large Doka and travelling tunnel lining formwork, escalator crown self-climbing formwork, lift core and wall forms and installation of complicated prefabricated and insitu reinforcement.

Westconnex Stage 1B ($2.7B)

Responsible for the structural works for a major portion of the Homebush Cut and Cover Structure under RMS which included:- Piling works.- Concrete structures including capping beams, retaining walls, bridge approach slabs, mid props, pile colars and longitudinal beams, substation beams and floor slabs and heavily reinforced vent station beams.- Temporary and permanent shotcrete support.- Temporary and permanent rock bolting.- Permanent rock anchoring.- Precast plank installation for bridge and roof structures.- Precast parapets and architectural significant facia panel installation.- RMS bridge deck construction.- ITS conduit installation.- Structural steel fabrication and installation

North West Rail Link Tunnel And Station Civil Works ($1.15B)

Managed safety, quality, programming, cost and provided engineering technical support for the following:- Station box civil works which included excavation, rock bolting, shotcrete, rock anchors and concrete works.- Temporary and permanent installation of services.- Demobilisation of temporary tunnelling structures including spoil conveyors, grout plants, tunnelling services and steel structures.- Project delivery in accordance with Design Drawings and Specifications and RMS Specifications.

Sydney Opera House Vehicle Access And Pedestrian Safety Project ($110M)

Engineer responsible for planning and supervising a range of activities during an extremely complex and sequential project which includes: - Large scale reinforced concrete structures- Tunnel concrete lining- Tunnel roof concrete pressure pours- Construction of 2 new 30m high lift shafts within the Sydney Opera House while all client operations continue and remain undisturbed- Wall formwork installation including A-frames, jump forms and stick builds- Slab soffit false work and formwork installation- Temporary propping - Post tensioning - Demolition and structural propping within the Sydney Opera House- Structural jacking within the Sydney Opera House- Shaft excavation directly under the Sydney Opera House- Tunnelling using road headers and excavators- Installation of tunnel support including shotcrete and rock bolts- Civil works in the Forecourt in front of the Sydney Opera House. This included trenching, installation of electrical/communication/drainage services, concrete pavement, in situ concrete electrical pits and granite paving- Water proofing- Piling- Structural steel installation
