Specifically within the groups Accident Repair Centres I led a project to improve the key measure of repair time (Keys to keys) across multiple sitesLeading 16 week holistic Lean transformation deployments following a McKinsey led 5 lens approach I successfully led 2 Contact Centre projects, another in a complex back office department with over 90 separate processes, and a further risk and compliance project within the Brand Partners team, standardising processes in a client facing and account management environment. In all cases achieving improvements of at least 15%. I led teams of between 2 and 4 staff, both full time Lean agents and also seconded SME’sWorking in the Sustainability team I collaborated to develop a Lean sustainability audit to gauge a site or departments Lean Systems maturity and develop subsequent action plans for site managers. This was an improvement on the previous process, requiring fewer man hours whilst improving clarity for the internal customer
