Workday Product Lead for Education and Government HCM.Leading overall design, configuration, and testing of the Workday HCM solution for multiple Higher Education clients as a part of full-platform (HCM and Financial Management) implementations, including:• Organizations• Jobs and Positions• Staffing• Compensation• Business Processes• Configurable Security• Reporting & AnalyticsAdditional experience leading Advanced Compensation (merit processing) and Time Tracking implementations for phase II go-lives.Extensive background in the overall data conversion process for both full project implementations and post-go-live acquisitions and mergers. Responsibilities include:• All Prototype and Gold/Pre-Production tenant builds for numerous Phase I implementations• Loading worker populations into Production (live) tenants for acquisitions and mergers• Data validation, scrubbing, mapping; building and loading iLoad and EIB files• Working with client resources to streamline data pulling processes• Coaching clients on troubleshooting data issues and resolving errorsKnowledgeable about advanced custom reporting and creating calculated fields for complex calculations and conditional logic across multiple work streams, including HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Recruiting. Additional experience using the Calculation Engine to configure Calculated Plans in Compensation for international implementations.
