This is a leadership role in the development of a new housing compound for MAF international staff in Kenya. The infrastructure needed and developed consists of 3phase power supply and backup plant, bore drilling, pumping and water storage, clearing demolition and bulk earthworks, roads. paths and landscaping. Building works consist of multiple two storey masonry dwellings, community facilities, gatehouse and guard facilities and the renovation of one existing dwelling.The role involves liaison with stakeholders, development and planning the works, quality and progress inspection, signoff of progress claims and day to day supervision of building staff of up to 200.
