Family-owned and founded by my brother Mikael and myself in late 2016.With the base of being one of the fastest growing clothing brands in Norway, we are motivated and excited to share what future brings. Both with our clients and partners.

I joined Hartlino as part of a small team of two, working closely with the founder, Hartman. My role primarily focused on sourcing, product research, and collaboratively building the brand. I introduced the concept of positioning Hartlino around cashmere, suggesting it as the main volume driver for the brand. I was also actively involved in negotiation and forming strategic partnerships.Working with Hartman and Hartlino deepened my investment and interest in the leather and tanning industry. Over time, I developed a broader network and a deeper understanding of how these products are crafted and the various use cases they can serve.After enhancing the product line and establishing a robust production structure alongside Hartman, I decided to shift my focus to new projects after a year, leaving the brand on a solid foundation for growth.

I was headhunted for my experience in e-commerce, negotiation and marketing to establish a brand new agency throughout the Scandinavia (NO, SE, DK, FI) for Gymshark LTD. Due to my experience and wide network, we started distribution in all the four countries, divided by two separated warehouses (NO and EU). My partner and I launched Weightless as a brand new e-commerce.I were managing and optimising the e-commerce backend (Magento), SoMe, AdWords, Email-marketing, logistics (import/export), customs regulations, customer service, quality control for garment improvements. During my presence at Weightless, I were the contact person with our partners such as; DIBS, Swedbank, Klarna, TrollWeb, Bring Warehousing and Posten.In a short period of time we became the worlds largest distributor of Freddy's popular WR.UP® Shaping pants.
