With Hastings for over 15 years and over 20 years of relevant industry experience. Global Head of Hastings’ Global Investments and Asset Management areas across New York, Chicago, London, Sydney and Melbourne. Focuses on sourcing and delivery of investment and divestment opportunities in accordance with portfolio requirements and asset management responsibility of portfolio companies. From 2006 to 2012 was based in the United States and established Hastings’ North American business, building strategic relationships and partnerships. Previous to establishing Hastings’ US business, was the portfolio manager of UTA from January 2004 to September 2010 and the Responsible Executive for TIF between July 2000 and June 2006. Recent investment acquisitions include TransGrid, Port of Newcastle, Phoenix Natural Gas, acquisition of interests in Queensland Airports Limited, Sydney Desalination Plant, and South East Water (and its subsequent merger with Mid Kent Water). Played a key role in the development of the partnership between Hastings and Zachry American Infrastructure and the Southwest Generation acquisition and the Freeport LNG acquisition and disposal.Previously a Director of Perth Airport, Northern Territory Airports, Queensland Airports Limited, Port of Portland, Epic Energy, Interink Roads and SH130, Southwest Generation, South East Water, Mid Kent Water, and Hastings appointed Director to the Utilities Trust of Australia.
