Embedding SAP - An 18 month project to complete the upgrade to SAP S4/Hana. The project's purpose was to complete 15 work packages including data migration activity, report building, bug fixing and a massive SAP training element covering the motu. The workstream also implemented KPI reporting mechanism using SAP reporting toolsets. DOC Treaty Settlements. DOC has approx 10,000 commitments to fulfill.A project to implement an improved understanding of DOCs treaty settlement obligations via an excel based 'system' holding the commitments, training and education of Treaty Settlements and principles of Te Tiriti.Mahi Oranga - Work prioritisation process.A six step work planning and prioritisation process was developed, trained and implemented across DOC's 43 districts as a means of ensuring all district staff had an understanding of their roles in planning, prioritising and execution of their work. This 'best practice' process transformed the way districts managed their increasing workloads.DOC GIS Systems move to AWS. (March - Sept 2017).All DOCs systems (Dev, Test, Prod) were transitioned to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud. The role required planning with the GIS specialist team of 30 and managing the technical build, testing and implementation cutover. Timefiler Time Recording Application Replacement. August 2015 - March 2017This was a critical project within DOC as it impacted all 2500 employees and their fortnightly pay. Fusion5 was contracted to deliver a technical solution and I managed all aspects of the Project from writing the business case, negotiating contracts, leading the requirements gathering, configuration and testing. The rollout required a rolling transition, region by region from the old solution to the new.Storage move to Revera SaaS. (Feb - July 2015). 70 TB Production storage, 186 Virtual Machines.The project required an internal business case, technical proof of concept and completion.

Responsibility for the completion of a SAN storage transition project. The project consisted of a technical and release management team coordinating storage migration events in conjunction with Inland Revenue IT staff and vendors. The role required the completion of multiple vendor contracts, the coordination and planning of the migration schedule and the completion of Inland Revenue's project management processes, deliverables and reports.

Datacom Project Manager on Immigration New Zealand's Global Management Systems (IGMS). The first phase was the development and implementation of an on-line student visa application.Responsibilities included the management of the Data security workstream ensuring compliance with NZISM controls for the first IGMS component go-live, managing the completion of the agile 'Student visa' development workstream and coordination of the systems build and deployment process.
