I spent the first 23 years of my career in the automotive sector, initially from a marketing perspective and then subsequently in quality improvement, strategic planning, product development, training and then finally leadership and organisation development. Having concluded that coaching and leadership development was where my true passion lay, I then made a key life-decision to move into the not-for-profit sector with The Work Foundation, working as a Senior Consultant for eighteen months before being appointed Associate Director with specialism in leadership and coaching. That journey reached what felt like a natural conclusion ten years ago now, with me starting up my own independent coaching and development business, doing what I love, and making a difference.Since then I have worked with clients as complex and diverse as the NHS, the Home Office, a 'Big 3' global strategic consulting firm, numerous charities, international manufacturing/engineering businesses, public sector transport bodies, energy suppliers, Universities, Police forces and technology-based businesses to name but a few.
