• An initial career in Building Surveying followed by gaining 21 years of Project Management experience.• 13 years within Europe’s largest interdisciplinary practice of architects, designers, engineers and urbanists. • Client facing role, both private and public sector including end users.• Experience gained across all major sectors i.e education, workplace, healthcare, housing, transport (rail) and leisure. • Excellent team working (in-house/ external consultants) and communication skills.• Adept at co-ordinating multiple live projects at any given stage in design & construction process.Project management responsibilities include financial control, negotiation of appointments with clients and sub-consultants, establishing scopes of work and key design responsibilities, programme management including planning of design activities and associated resource management, risk & quality management, input to BREEAM, CDM and providing support to project director, project architect and other design team members.
