Scheduled/Unscheduled maintenance and new equipment installation for shredders, conveyors, screw conveyors, dust collectors and general plant repairs, also all electrical/electromechanical troubleshooting/repairs. Fabricated slides, shoots, enclosures, parts as necessary from steel, aluminum, UHMW, and PVC. I have also done some small plumbing projects, concrete, chain link fence and general property upkeep. I purchase/managed inventory for plant equipment and shop supplies. I have participated in many plant improvement projects including installing a Donaldson Torit RFW dust collection system. Monthly fire safety inspections. Welding both MiG/Arc and hardfacing plant and heavy equipment.

Line maintenance on robotic/automated water filter assembly line. Set-ups, PM's, emergency repairs to labeling/packaging equipment. Fabrication of one up plant parts such as clamps and pneumatic assembly stations. General plant maintenance.
