Current• Manage the design, planning, implementation and technical specification of all M&E plant replacement .• Manage business critical data centre up-grades including UPS, A/C, electrics & fire systems.• Prepared tender and contract documentation and implemented PPM maintenance contract with outsourced contractor. Manage on-going service/performance, set KPI/SLA's.& audit.• Prepare & manage budgets for all maintenance including PPM, breakdowns/defects & reactive repairs to ensure most appropriate & cost effective solution is deployed.• Implemented introduction of facilities helpdesk including M&E PPM maintenance programming and exception reporting as part of performance management process.• Idnetify & impliment energy & water saving initiatives. • Implemented recycling scheme and revamped waste management contract to increase recycling rates from 50 to 70%Active member of Environmental Champion & Green Team network helping to implement environmental initiatives. • Responsible for the procurement of energy contracts.• Liaise with the FM’s by providing all necessary M&E related advice & support including the preparation of incident reports, technical reviews, scope of works documents, budget costs, contracts & project plans.• Project management of reactive, refurbishment & new build works. Also includes cost control, liaise with H&S Manager, Building Control, Consultants & all contractor disciplines to ensure project delivery on time, to spec, to budget, legally compliant, witness testing/commissioning, snagging identified & completed & handover documentation is accurate & complete.• Provide advice, help and support to FM’s and CSR team with a variety of processes including Emergency Controller, Fire Evac Team, Green Team, ISO 140001, CRC, ESOS, Environmental Reporting and Insurance Inspections & FM Global insurance audits.
