Manage on-time production and delivery of Service Level Reports, ETL, quality assurance, presentation and storage. Responsibilities include:-• Data gathering, cleansing and interpretation using various automated systems and BI software (including Cognos / SAS / MS Excel ).• Maintain reporting cycle and ad hoc requests from stakeholders and adhere to requests from auditors.• Schedule and chair regular meetings with critical stakeholders to manage production and determine appropriate reporting content and format.• Write documentation and perform periodical reviews of requirements, internal departmental and external workflow processes, contractual SLA's.• Administration of reporting databases, Web portals and Lotus Notes repositories. User Administration / Archival of multiple document and report repositories and reporting tools.• Process identification and CSI.• Liaise with relevant stakeholders when implementing solutions (Developers, Production team, Clients, Project Managers, Service Level Managers).
