I am a listener, an analyser, a creator, an organiser and a deliverer.I enjoy developing communities and nurturing relationships between all aspects of the company and the community members. To this end I have travelled extensively on a global basis, being away from home for ten months of the year during my time with Novell. The company needs input from the customers and the customers need to feel they are safe and being looked after, both of which needs awareness and understanding on both sides of the relationship.I like being involved with things that matter. I believe that what I do makes a difference. Visibility to a customer base or vertical market is of great value to corporate marketing and thus very satisfying to be associated with. I like to be seen as a person who achieves results but more importantly I want to be seen as someone who cares on both sides of the fence. I understand the balance between what the customer wants and the business needs and expectations of the organization.I feel confident in stating that my work history proves that I have the drive and organisational abilities to deliver what the customer wants and the ability to be able to understand what is required by the end-user to achieve that result. I have a full spectrum of hands-on business experience from attending Board Level meetings as a company Managing Director across to the person organizing coffee breaks at a conference.
