In 2000 he was a senior manager for VESPER, a start-up wireless telco in Brazil, designing and implementing the Business Service Center (BSC) within the Network Operations Control Centre (NOCC).In conjunction with his recent Business Analyst roles he has operated a Consultancy Management firm with resource placements in Saudi Arabia and Canada. Since 2004 Peter has also operated an IT services and hardware installation company in British Columbia Canada, concentrating on the hospitallity industry and small to medium business LAN solutions. He has been involved with Broadband Power Line (BPL) communications, including co-authoring a paper for the IEEE International Symposium on PowerLine Communications, Vancouver 2005 and directing the first successful trial of BPL in-house networking in Sri Lanka.Specialties: Received Powerline Networking Accreditation from Corinex Corporation, 2003. Successful installation of data networks providing high speed Internet at four hotel properties in Canada and the USA.Trained as Professional Consultant, Bell Sygma 1994.Telecommunications background includes VoIP, Operational Support Systems (OSS), ATM, xDSL, Business Process optimization, System Development, UML, Risk management.
