After 7 years at the helm of parking garages in the heart of the city, I found myself needing a new challenge hopefully in growth areas such as Queen Anne or at the Northgate expansion. There is much to take away from the excitement, challenges, people, and the invaluable lessons learned managing a portfolio of three premier facilities in the heart of downtown Seattle all within 6 blocks of Westlake plaza through boom years and the more recent turbulent times. Simply put, it was time for a change.Consider these my inner compass and guiding principles that define me and my character. Settle for nothing less than actively listening and delivering optimal customer service. Possessing and tapping into competence across multiple lines of business and organizational structures. Excel with compelling and influential communication skills to deliver material net positive results. Approach each challenge with astute problem solving independently and in collaboration. Why am I here? I am actively considering permanent long term positions in management, or at supervisory level, and prospecting for job openings in property management, security management, and branch leadership of a customer service team in the Seattle market.
