• Work independently with minimal supervision to provide field service and technical support for agents, contractors and end users aiding in identification of the root cause, development, and implementation of the best solution and following up to ensure resolution to satisfaction. • Configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Cree Lighting’s Commercial and Industrial Lighting Control Systems. SmartCast Wireless, a proprietary wireless mesh network built using the 2.4Ghz IEEE 802.15.4 specifications. SmartCast POE which utilizes proprietary software and managed POE switches to control the lighting network. SmartCast Link which is a Linux Based IoT server which integrates Cree Lighting Networks to third party applications such as Building Automation Systems.• Conduct onsite investigation of reported issues, identify root cause, and follow up to ensure issue resolution. • Develop and facilitate classes for Cree’s SmartCast certified installer training program and internal technical training.• Provide customer service helping agents, contractors and end users initiate and process RMAs, track shipments, and provide failure analysis reports.
