Executive ChairmanLong term involvement with Entec Si in technology-inspired change programmes with multi sector programme-level and project experience covering strategy, design and implementation. As a director of Entec Si, managed the sustained growth and development of the company from 2013. Recent move into the Exective Chairman role to develop a more strategic approach to business growth and internal development. Led the Library of Birmingham Transformation & ICT Programme from initial conception in 2008, through design and implementation to a successful opening in September 2013. Other areas of engagement included: Design and delivery of significant large-scale customer led digital and ICT transformation programmes across the public sector based on Cloud migration and various enabling technologies. Programme Manager through Cambridgeshire County Council for the NOMAD national e-Government programme. Programme Manager with Kent County Council for outsourced market testing and Kent support services implementation programme. Engaged by Birmingham City Council on a range of projects including; Housing IT System, Finance & HR system implementations and city wide infrastructure re-design. Various private sector engagements with ICT projects including an extended engagement with a financial software company providing planning, strategic guidance, implementation support and troubleshooting consultancy.
