Involved in all aspects of sales and project management from concept through to completion on pallet racking, pallet live storage, carton live storage, mezzanine floors, shelving, multi tier storage systems and turnkey storage solutions, which incorporates:• Carrying out the initial sales call, discussing the clients requirements.• Prepare the drawing on AutoCAD and quotation.• Present the solution to the client.• Close the deal and secure the order.• Performing site surveys.• Compiling bills of quantities.• Obtaining quotations from the suppliers.• Negotiating with the suppliers to ensure we get the most competitive costings.• Placing orders with suppliers.• Compiling a program of works with the client.• Applying for building regulation approval with the relevant local authority.• Applying for an F10 to cover the design and build schedule for the project from the HSE.• Producing a CDM Construction folder for the site, including writing all relevant method statements and risk assessments.• Organising labour to install the project.• Ensuring all materials are delivered on time.• Maintaining contact with client and installation team ensuring project is completed to clients satisfaction.• Producing a CDM Operations and Maintenance Folder on completion of the project.• Invoicing the project at regular intervals and chasing the client to ensure payments are made.
