I am the primary pastor of a midsized Anglican church (150-170 average attendance on Sundays, 300 members). I preach, teach, and lead with a full-time staff of three as well as an army of volunteers. My work requires theological and pastoral skills, organizational management and administrative abilities, and most of all, a reliance on God to give direction and make important things happen.

I was responsible for Epiphany's staff and day-to-day operations. I also preached, taught and provided pastoral council under the leadership of the Rector. During my time as the Senior Associate, I managed a complex facilities move, and led the church staff through that significant transition.

I preached, taught and led worship on a part time basis - first as a deacon (2008 to Feb. 2010) and then as a priest.

This was an interim position. I was responsible for leading the communications office of an Anglican Seminary located in Ambridge, PA.

Ambridge, Pennsylvania

The Anglican Church in North America is a Christian church with about 1,000 congregations. I led the media launch this new North American church in June of 2009 and then continued for a little more than a year on a part-time basis as I completed my Masters of Divinity degree at Trinity Seminary. I was responsible for pulling together a team to manage all aspects of the church's communications during its inaugural assembly in Bedford, Texas. This included arranging and holding press conferences for national and international media, preparing the church's leaders for interviews, launching websites, arranging for streaming video coverage and coordinating media support with the communications teams of major speakers, such as Pastor Rick Warren.

I filled this role in conjunction with my work at the Diocese of Pittsburgh. The Anglican Communion Network was the national umbrella organization that brought together conservative/orthodox Episcopalians. It was superseded by the Anglican Church in North America in 2009.In this capacity, I served as the North American media contact for the Global Anglican Future Conference, an international gathering of Anglican Bishops and other leaders in Jerusalem in 2008.

Pittsburgh, Pa

I managed communications for the diocese and for the bishop while disagreements in The Episcopal Church and Anglican Communion were a national and international news story. My supervisor, Bishop Robert Duncan, was the acknowledged North American leader of conservative Episcopalians and Anglicans. My work included being the primary media contact for the diocese and Bishop Duncan. I gave many interviews for print, radio and television reporters and was a regularly quoted source on Anglican/Episcopal issues in publications including USA Today, the New York Times, The Washington Post, the LA Times, National Public Radio, the Associated Press, Reuters and many others.I also managed our local communications as the diocese navigated its own decisions in the conflict. To this end, I published a bi-montly magazine, led multiple website launches, and was a regular visitor to the diocese's 70 congregations.

Pequot Lakes, Minnesota

I was responsible for the production of a weekly tabloid newspaper with 30-50 pages of content and a paid circulation of about 5,000. I led a small editorial staff (2) and directed a design staff. I personally wrote more than 1,000 news stories and editorials.
