Built on the global network of the HBOS Group to deliver innovative solutions to Australia’s largest institutions by building links with the UK, obtaining policy approvals and co-ordinating internal stakeholders and external professionals.Developed solutions, utilising the strengths of the Australian subsidiaries and the UK parent, for both internal and external clients by leading deal teams covering origination, approval, execution and post deal maintenance. Financings covered coal projects, locomotives, aircraft and manufacturing plant, plus project work on a UK cross border lease for Capital's equipment portfolio and outbound leases into Asia. Mandated to finance $160m of auto manufacturing equipment and developed a commercial joint venture to fund construction equipment using a US cross border structure.
