With over 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a skilled and knowledgeable senior field engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality VoIP and UCaaS solutions to mid-market customers. I have a strong background in onboarding, training, network optimization, and project management, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams to achieve customer satisfaction and retention. I am currently looking for new opportunities to leverage my expertise and contribute to the mission and vision of a leading organization in the field.In my most recent role as a senior field engineer at GoTo, I onboarded hundreds customers by providing product training, aiding in the setup of their PBX, and providing help with network optimization for VoIP and UCaaS products. I maintained documentation and project management with the customer through the entire onboarding process, and if needed or wanted by the customer, I went onsite for multi-day deployments to assist hands-on with both training, technical, and deployment support. I also used my skills in customer service management, problem-solving, and skill development to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. I left GoTo in January 2024 after 9.5 years of service.
