My clients come from diverse market segments, including energy and resources, water utilities, aviation, finance, health, legal, and all three levels of government.Some of the projects I was proud to be involved with include:- Legal case management solution for Federal Government Department to help 200 lawyers improve operational efficiency- Forms and workflow solution for Queensland water utility to streamline key business processes- Records management solution for Federal Government Department for over 7TB data- Intranet project for a Queensland utility to replace legacy SAP platform, now connecting field workers to access information from their mobile devices- Enterprise SharePoint deployment for state police department to help unify sprawl of over 14 separate SharePoint farms- Information management project for coal seam gas provider, transforming the use of information locked in silos for better sharing and re-use- Intranet project for aviation organisation, replacing legacy Oracle platform and enabling their HR and Marketing teams to provide transformative experiences to over 10,000 usersThis role included collaboration across Data#3’s business units, and spearheading new initiatives such as the use of design thinking to change the way we position and engage with clients. To support our growth I also established partnerships with product and services providers.During this time I was also involved in Data#3's Azure Expert MSP accreditation process including presenting evidence during the audit process.
