Using my knowledge of the organisation and my subject matter expertise I drove awareness of business continuity by authoring the internal business continuity and emergency awareness online training and worked on modifying content in the government fraud training package to suit organisation needs. I am particularly proud of my work on the end to end uplift of business continuity and fraud control frameworks and programs at APRA between 2010 and 2015.
