Under my direction the team developed a unique on air personality via strong programming, innovative marketing and distinctive creative output. The advertising sales opportunity had not been well defined and my role focussed on positioning the benefit of multi channel advertising to the advertising agencies of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The panel of 400 homes has since developed and expanded to the current panel to over 1300 homes. This was a defining step forward for the industry and dramatically improved the quality of program schedules across the range of channels. My term at Optus Vision ended when management decided to reduce internal costs and structure outsource the process.
