I am an open-minded, highly resourceful individual with a positive attitude. I have strong cross-functional skills and I try my best to solve problems. I am always eager to learn something new while being able to give voice to my own ideas, but I am also a good listener with respect to everyone else. I have that sort of personality who insists to understand the process in detail and I feel comfortable when I know the answer to a 'Why?'.I prefer to think in a structured way but of course, I admit being able to think out of the box is a must.
