I have over 30 years of experience in marketing and survey research, customer experience measurement and improvement, marketing communications, social marketing, and quantitative methods in areas as diverse as government services, financial services, education, energy, airlines and airports, telecommunications, health care, and advertising. 10 years of teaching experience at the University of Illinois and Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. I am one of two founders of Pacific Consulting Group in 1980.
