For example, doubling output, halving delivery or development timeframes, or reducing defects or scrap by 75%.Prior to founding Cinc., Peter was a partner at EY for >8 years, leading the Supply Chain Practice for Oceania and the global lead for 'Intelligent Operations'.He has an Engineering PhD (lean), Engineering and Economics degrees (both with honours) from the Australian National University (ANU) and over 20 years of experience as a lean / process improvement specialist across a series of highly varied environments including: banking, insurance, manufacturing (automotive, electronics, heavy vehicle), telecommunications, logistics, IT, utilities, health, wealth management and public sector. Peter is a member (former chair) of the ANU Research School of Engineering Industry Advisory Board, a past President of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (Australia) and was the Victorian Government’s “Young Manufacturer of the Year” in 2007.
