Contributed strategic planning and channel partner development to early-stages of one of the first social learning portals. Consulted on commercializing Cerego's science-based adaptive-learning applications, negotiated content licensing agreements with Japanese publishing and educational organizations, and forged channel re-seller partnerships. Established and directed new unit for educational technology adoption. Worked with C-level to re-imagine overall mission, road map, and organizational structure.

Developed international expansion plan for an early leader in online tutoring in the US higher-ed space, serving over 1,000 universities and colleges. Wrote feasibility study and Go-to-Market plan for South Korea, and secured pilot service agreements with five top Korean universities. Acquired by Pearson Education in 2011.
