Passionate about Innovation, ICT and Service, inspired by People, Processes and Technology. o Cards System Manager – Q8 Global Cards• Accountable for the efficient working of the payment flows (Bank cards, Credit cards & Fuel cards), systems (from Terminals, to Switching hosts, to Acquirers, including Datacom) and applications (like the Fuel Cards Payment platforms )& underlying processes within Retail and IDS ;• Accountable for the site infrastructure technology (cashier systems, payment terminals, pay at the pump, loyalty hardware & software, etc…);• Drive continuous improvement and search & steer for economies of scale and efficiencies between processes and procedures of the different card systems / application teams (e-invoicing, cards production, sales transactions, etc…);• Close collaboration with & follow up (SLA’s & ISO) of hard-and software suppliers of applications on site, commercial partners and maintenance suppliers;• Explore and propose possibilities of (new) cards platform, systems and site infrastructure technology (e.g. mobile payments,…);• Steer, follow up and/or coordinate site infrastructure improvement projects & cards systems/applications projects;• Manage the cards & site infrastructure team.o Specialties• Business & ICT alignment;• Requirements analysis;• IT service & Change Management;• Software selection (RFx) /implementation;• Project Planning;• CRM, Sales and Marketing systems, Field force automation;o Industries• Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG);• Oil/Chemical.
