In my current role I'm accountable for:- Defining the Payments (Cards) Systems strategy, jointly with the GCB Strategy & Markets Director and the Director GCB;- Act as a trusted advisor;- Implementation of the Payments (Cards) Systems strategy;- The GCB Payments (Cards) systems and applications;- Continuous improvement & efficiency;- IDS & Retail Payments.

• Accountable for the efficient working of the Fuel Cards Payment platforms, systems (from Terminals, to Switching hosts, to Acquirers, including Datacom) and applications & underlying processes within Retail and IDS;
• Accountable for the site infrastructure technology (cashier systems, payment terminals, pay at the pump, loyalty hardware & software, etc…);
• Drive continuous improvement and search & steer for economies of scale and efficiencies between processes and procedures of the different card systems / application teams (e-invoicing, cards production, sales.
• Close collaboration with & follow up (SLA’s & ISO) of hard-and software suppliers of applications on site, commercial partners and maintenance suppliers;
• Explore and propose possibilities of (new) cards platform, systems and site infrastructure technology (e.g. mobile payments,…);
• Steer, follow up and/or coordinate site infrastructure improvement projects & cards systems/applications projects;
