CurrentManage compensation programs for exempt and non-exempt employees, including coordination of annual variable compensation and merit increase cycles as well as bi-weekly submission of payroll adjustment and payroll submission files. Manage annual performance and competence development cycles for over 200 employees.Investigate employee relations issues, including interviewing all parties involved, coaching management and documentation of final decisions. Recruit, qualify and hire top talent for hourly and salaried positions, including the internal and external requisition process, pre-screening, behavioral assessment, offer proposal and onboarding. Manage HR policies and procedures for the organization, including policy and procedure development, revision, implementation and communication. Manage the HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors) system including entry and maintenance of employee information and reporting while maintaining excellent data integrity. Record and analyze turnover data, including conducting exit interviews and recommending/ implementing specific activities aimed at improving employee retention.
