• Tenders – Quotations: assist with IT portion of Security Systems Tenders & Quotes• Technical Sales: assist with compiling presentations and presenting to Clients and Consultants• Configure & design IT sections of Security Systems to meet client demands• Routine engagement with Clients, Consultants, Contractors & Wilec installation project teams to ensure Client’s IT requirements being met in relation to System being installed;• Programming & commissioning of Security Systems including all relevant paperwork for O&M Manual..• Troubleshoot and repair IT System errors.• Compile IT Training programme for technical staff and deliver in-house training• Provide IT Support for other LSS Techs• Provide IT Support for Wilec Offices & Admin Staff• Develop IT Procedures for Wilec ie. Backups, security GDPR etc.• Review and approve any new IT System Software & Hardware• Provide on-going constructive support to current management team.Project Specific Tasks:• Designing CCTV Network's including drawings etc.• Speccing out IT requirements from Project Vendor i.e. machines etc• Meeting with Project Owners IT department regarding Server, Visualisation, Redundancy, Networks etc• Programming & Commissioning CCure Access Control System• Programming & Commissioning AD system
