Over the past 20+ years, I have been devoted to coaching and training people in effectively finding fulfilling careers and jobs that leverage their strengths. Drawing on a foundation of experience as a marketing communicator, I help my clients to powerfully differentiate themselves -- and to win minds and hearts of employers. I currently deliver personalized outplacement services in a senior career coaching role with The White Hawk Group, and support professionals and executives in all areas of career development and job search through a private practice, Cobblestone Career Management.I "learned the ropes"​ as a consultant with leading global career management firms. At Lee Hecht Harrison, I had the opportunity to build the service delivery function for a start-up office in Providence, Rhode Island. In our second year of existence, we were recognized as one of the company's top 10 in overall client satisfaction.
