My journey from army officer to civilian life has been anything but conventional. I've built a thriving coaching business, ventured into e-commerce and franchises and tackled redundancy as an employee – you could say I like a challenge and variety! From solo entrepreneurship to corporate boardrooms, my mission remains the same - empowering you to live an abundant life without limits.My coaching and leadership training are no-nonsense and rooted in real-world experience from my military and corporate careers. I focus on helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential, without any fluff or BS. I've been there and now I'm here to help service leavers navigate this change. In addition to my book and online channels, I collaborate with veteran support groups and advocate for the Armed Forces as a Fellow of The Institute of Leadership.Outside of work, I'm an Ironman triathlete with 26 races under my belt and counting. I've had the honour of representing Great Britain at the age-group level too. I'm also a lifelong Watford FC fan, supporting my team through thick and thin.
