In all cases a very strong and realistic understanding of the wider business strategy alignment and how to break down both technology and business change workstreams and disciplines to achieve defined outcomes. Typically advancing an organisation or modernising and maturing business and tech processes away from their aging legacy. Accountability to senior executive and C-suite board level, defining and managing workstreams typically spanning multiple locations and organisations, including commercial and legal engagements, selection and management of outsource partners and 3rd party vendors. Agile, Waterfall and typically hybrid delivery approaches.
