With loads of Technology experience, I've dipped my hands into a variety of fields – working, amongst other things, with data optimisation, I have ventured into BI & business change projects across a whole host of industries managing investments from less than £500K to over £20M.I've got a good handle on methodologies like MSP, PRINCE2 and Agile, but what I find interesting is how I've managed to apply these practices pragmatically, ensuring they cater to the unique needs of each business I worked with.Perhaps one of the most challenging yet rewarding parts of my role is being influential, getting the senior stakeholders on side for transformation initiatives. That, along with detailed RFP processes and some spirited contract negotiation with suppliers, has been key to assuring we always maintain top-notch quality. One aspect I'm really proud of is heading business transformation. This involves a whole lot: coming up with discovery exercises, racking up requirements, and structuring achievable project & programme roadmaps. Of course, it's always crucial they're cost-effective and equipped to stand the tests of time.Success? Well, I have a knack for driving it. I've managed teams both locally and internationally, always striving to encourage and bring the best out in every member. I've come to rely on an 'open' style of leadership for this, and results have shown it's a solid approach.
