- Assisting my team with the structuring of tailored investments for a variety of clients and institutions.- Preparation and provision of valuations, encashments, term sheets and terms and conditions.for various structured and retail investments.- Maintaining and enhancing customer relationships in the Wealth, Broker, Ulster Bank and First Active Businesses.- Dealing with the requirements of deposit clients in both the Ulster and First Active network.- Carrying out discrete “projects” with minimum of supervision, providing clear concise recommendations where appropriate.- Issuing daily/weekly asset bulletins and market update texts. - Preparation of procedural documents.- Contributing to and issuing weekly market commentaries.

- Preparing and making clear concise recommendations on loan applications which included assessing proposals and preparing quality financial analysis.- Preparation of Bank documentation including facility letters and security and liaising with customers and intermediaries (including solicitors) on same.- Supporting multiple Relationship Managers in the management of their portfolios.- Monitoring and controlling credit limits within the loan portfolio. - Identifying cross-selling opportunities for Group products. - Participation in designated projects and the performance of client servicing tasks requiring contact with external and internal service providers.

- Managing trade capture, settlement, reconciliations, subscriptions and redemptions.- Developing a complete suite of revised custodial procedural documentation.- Providing best in class customer service to resolve client queries in a timely fashion.- Identifying relevant corporate actions and processing their impact on client funds.- Effecting complex international treasury payments via IBS and Swift.
