My position includes strategic participation at the benefit level to collaborate and provide competitive MA, MAPD and EGWHP plans annually to prospects to offer affordable health care to the nearly 700,000 Medicare eligibles statewide. Responsible for developing innovative, measurable and multi-channel sales strategies to support and stimulate growth through face-to-face sales teams including internal sales representatives and Field Marketing Organizations, as well as creating and leveraging our telephonic sales team.

Provided the necessary leadership to sustain double digit growth from targeted counties. Led cross-functional collaborative efforts between hospital and clinical leaders to enhance regional footprint. Designed comprehensive patient acquisition strategy to increase commercial market share for tertiary and regional Hillcrest facilities and physician platforms. Developed strategic plan for payor/provider relationships to support revenue stream growth.
