Led a team that took a low-value Brand Protection service and turned it into the company’s most lucrative business unit, significantly expanding sales into EMEA through the Legal, Financial Services and FMCG markets, scaling revenue from $2M to $10M, increased average order values by 30% and improved repeat purchase rates by 60% and converted nearly 90% conversion of customer inquiries into profitable transactionsCustomers included; Grab.com, Pentland Brands, Unilever, Beiersdorf, Philips.

UVuu.Me was a SaaS-based platform that used video ‘meta-data’ and AI (Computer Vision) to automatically produce and edit end-user video clips into event footage.Part of the original 4-person start-up Exec, I was responsible for commercialising the business, establishing the partner ecosystem, securing the initial proof of concept customers and working with the other founders to identify and obtain funding sources.
