The project delivered a professional, state-of-the-art solution that presents an excellent customer experience, detailed reporting capability, administrative call load balancing and a platform that can grow with the business. • Automated the bill of materials, labour resource requirements, and associated documents mapping to SAP work orders for over 1000 vehicles. Reduced administration processing time, ensured correct allocation of materials and labour, identified and corrected master data and administration process issues.• Analysed and configured SAP to automate the process of correct hourly labour charge application to work orders.• Investigated, analysed, tested and recommended new anti-graffiti strategies for use with Council’s lunchroom and tool storage caravan fleet. In addition I chaired procurement selection panels, analysed a wide variety of goods and services, implemented government procurement policies, and leveraged existing contracts.Responsible for maintenance, minor and capital works projects I planned and delivered a range of large-scale building refurbishment and maintenance projects. This included scheduling and managing multiple project activities occurring concurrently across multiple campuses. With tight time frames and budgets, projects were delivered with minimal disruption to business-as-usual operations.Focusing process improvement, I performed a current state analysis, merge of records and archives and managed the roll out of a new web enabled solution across three large Institutions. Most notably I successfully provided ICT, AV and Elluminate Live! web conferencing solutions across regional and remote QLD, increasing opportunities for thousands of students.In addition I spearheaded the design and development of the rugged mobile laptop lab solutions that facilitated mobile, computer-based teaching in many very remote QLD locations. This included developing detailed user manuals to facilitate establishment of the labs on site and resolution of common issues.Leading the procurement of all hardware, software and ICT services in line with organisational policies and funding requirements, I implemented software-based helpdesk solutions, increasing helpdesk manageability and customer satisfaction.Managing all voice audio visual, conferencing, data communication and data storage solutions, I designed, constructed and managed a sophisticated in-house data centre that serviced remote sites, mobile labs and local users.
