I was first the Service & On-Stage Manager of Guilt & Company, a live performance venue, in its sophomore year and was instrumental in creating systems that helped a young venue maintain its service standards despite an incredibly challenging momentum of growth. I then moved onto the position of General Manager at both Guilt & Company and Chill Winston where I mentored and led a 100+ person staff including a thirteen person management staff, a service team, two social media coordinators and a booking agent. Simultaneously, I oversaw all seven nights of on-stage entertainment, including personally producing four burlesque and circus shows per month.
