Through my year as a To-Go Specialist we have been able to stay close to 90% in both time and accuracy of orders, roughly 100-150 per shift. After a few months I was able to top the sales charts for our Landry's Select Club which lead to my promotion to Server Trainer. During training I would emphasize the script which would help new hires the most in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Variation from the script is encouraged, but all bullet points needed to be relayed to the customer consistently for successful graduation from training.

Originally maintained the A-10 fighter air frame. Duo team with myself and NCO assigned to specific aircraft. Maintenance and inspection of our aircraft would be documented by hand and translated into AF servers for logging. When the base discontinued the A-10 air frame, I moved to our bomber wing to begin learning the B-52 air frame. Multiple person team with head NCO in charge of aircraft. Same job description despite change in air frame.
