As the Vice President of Judicial Affairs for the Missouri State University Interfraternity Council I oversee a majority of the disciplinary actions within the fraternity community. I work with many campus officials to resolve different cases and hearings. I am in charge of training my own Judicial Board, reviewing and refining the bylaws, and act as the second in command when the IFC President is unavailable.

I now operate as a general member of the Theta Chi Iota Beta Chapter, but I am tasked with giving regular updates at chapter meetings of the events being held by Missouri State University's Interfraternity Council since I serve as the Vice President of Judicial Affairs on their executive board. I represent our Fraternity in a higher light while aiding the entire fraternity community at Missouri State.

As the Chapter President of Theta Chi Iota Beta during the 2024 calendar year, I was responsible for managing the other six executive board members (Vice President, Vice President of Health and Safety, Secretary, Treasurer, Marshall/New Member Educator, and Recruitment) and the rest of the 116 men that make up the chapter. Here, my responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading and organizing meetings, communicating important messages, envisioning and facilitating positive change, meeting deadlines, submitting paperwork and licensing, navigating tough scenarios, finding creative solutions, maintaining a positive public image, attending and assisting in event planning, driving organizational agendas, and communicating effectively and strategically.

As a member, I fulfilled my required 12 community service hours a semester, helped coordinate and attended many philanthropic and fundraising events, and assisted in the manpower of the Fraternity.

As the Vice President of Finance for AMA, I am in charge of all of the treasurer related duties of making the budget, managing AMA finances through QuickBooks, and ensuring our organization remains in good financial standing. On top of these responsibilities, I am also tasked with completing any necessary tax documents such as a 501c3, 990, and others to ensure our organization is compliant with the IRS and I assist the VP of Programming with fundraising efforts and the Head of Agency with contract related endeavors.

As the Sales Director for Missouri State's American Marketing Association, I was tasked with bringing in new sales leads, cold calling, managing a small sales force, closing marketing deals, and reporting to AMA's Head of Agency.

As the Vice President of Entrepreneurship Club, I was tasked with assisting the President in pushing club agendas, running club meetings, creating educational material, planning events, and running the organization as a whole.

I operated under the title of Gues Attendant which included operating as a server, an event worker/planner/manager, and a golf membership sales associate. This job has allowed me to develop and advance my people skills, flexibility and problem-solving skills. This position has also allowed me to practice upselling, rapport building, and other sales related skills on a smaller scale that is more maintainable while being a full-time college student.

In this sales internship, I worked as a regularly employed sales representative for Bluegreen Vacations' cite at Big Cedar Lodge. While I was there, I learned the ins and outs of the timeshare industry, I capitalized on my interpersonal skills, communicated and built rapport with guests, and pitched and sold timeshare packages to customers who signed up for a tour. This was a great experience for me and I gained very valuable information as a result of this experience.
