Design lead of brand across all media. This includes managing design team, web design, collateral, branding, marketing campaigns, and print design. I work closely with the Senior Creative Director, key stakeholders and product marketing managers to ensure projects are carried through to perfection. In addition, I work closely with both front and back end developers to help guide web based projects.• Solved partner recruitment problems with lead generation through strategic design. This lead to a 58% increase in leads and a 33% increase in total conversions.• Helped implement a marketing automation tool that has lead to over 1 million emails being sent and has generated over 1200 leads for Intermedia’s partners.• Responsibilities include general design, day-to-day project management of design team, a creative task force team lead, managing designers and freelancers, and art direction of campaigns and web pages.

As the first designer hired, I was part of creating new processes for a growing team, provided design assistance for larger design projects, created original iconography, web pages, and collateral, ensured a consistent level of high quality output of design elements, and worked with other team members in various capacities to meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Worked on a contract basis to support the agency in any way needed. Designed concepts to full execution of projects and campaigns under tight deadlines. Accounts included P.J. Clarke's, Clarke's Standard, Stratton, VT & Ironstate Development.

Worked on a team responsible for all creative for Planet Hollywood brands. Projects range from in-store promotional materials and collateral, menus, website, advertisements and posters. Oversaw brand development of new restaurant concept. Brands include Buca di Beppo, Planet Hollywood, Earl of Sandwich, Earls Court, Planet Dailies & Mixology101.

Worked as a Designer and Production Artist. Collaborated with Art Directors and Creative Directors on design work. Delivered artwork for well-known Orlando organizatins including: Family Services of Metro Orlando, Rollins College, ABC Fine Wine and Liquor, Nemours Children's Hospital, and The Peabody Hotel.
