The ELA (Enterprise Licensing Agreement) ECMs manages more than 60% of the Annual Software Revenue. Responsible for complete interpretation and review of the contracts, legal terms and conditions and all other duties throughout the lifecycle of the ELA Contract. This includes accepting the purchase order, ensuring order management team processes orders in a timely manner and delivers all billings to the customer. Work with cross-functional teams including Finance& Account, Sales, A&R to ensure the needs of IBMs Stakeholders are met.

Manage the outlook reporting activities for the SSL directors and service sales groups. Provide 4th tier escalation support to the Annuity Contract Analysts at the service provider location.

Create and submit equipment maintenance services orders for $2 billion organization across multiple industries. Customer's include some of the top 10 major retailers in the US and Canada. Accountable for understanding and interpreting the terms and conditions in the legal contract agreement between NCR and our customers.Consult with salespeople while contract negotiations are being conducted. Specific accountabilities include describing NCR’s standard processes for invoicing of maintenance services; the processes for “move, add, change” processing; and the procedures for entitlement of equipment for service.
