DAILY TASKS- Manage end to end planning process from receiving orders to delivery finished shoes- Provide daily training to factory managers to familiarize with adidas planning system- Simplify working process, communication for factory teams to increase productivity- Collaborated and provided feedback to HQ to handle product transfer based on factories’ capacity, capability and Fill Rate- Maintain high and stable KPI for factoriesPROJECTS:- Preferential Duty: • Main Point of Contact in Preferential Duty in LOVN (Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar)• Updated new import duties and trade barriers in detail that may impact on Footwear Sourcing• Provided seasonal training for factory to refresh and update new policies• Made decision and support in problem solving from factory side- Model Name change process:• Collaborated with PCPM, Development, PJM, BU Planning to standardize Model Name change process• Appointed Role & Responsibility for troubleshooting in each Development Stage

Main Account: Coach, Titleist, Tory Burch, Cath Kidston- Analyze designer’s drawing, ideas and concepts- Source suitable materials for the concepts to make the product feasible- Develop new samples based on the Techpack together with cost breakdown- Drive communication between designers, suppliers and factory regarding to changes, new update of the samples.

- Manage process and train personnel to conduct Time Study & Manpower Allocation report- Evaluate the result obtained and analyze to reflect closest to actual production level- Seek continuous improvement opportunity for production efficiency/output

- POT (Purchase order Tracking) system key user.- Ensured end – to – end planning processes running effectively from taking order to shipping- Manage material suppliers’ delivery performance to keep delivery on track.- Coordinate with Logistic team to ensure on - time shipment to the right Distribution Center- Monitor finished goods final Inspection arrangement & report- Follow up Production & Delivery issues and formulate action plan accordingly
