Administer the Litmos-based Learning Management System, Syntellis Academy. Our LMS includes both customer-facing and internal-facing training content. Maintain an LMS inbox to assist internal and external users in accessing the LMS, as well as any questions regarding content and navigation. Consistently research integration opportunities for other training systems within Syntellis.Manage the creation and roadmap of Technical Training content associated with our Learning Management System. Collaborate with practice leads, instructional designers, technical writers, and SMEs to produce relevant and impactful training content. Structure content based on audience, for both internal and external users, with an emphasis on accessible content and repeatable processes.Oversee our certification program for both customers and staff – this process necessitates collaborating with our technical trainers, maintaining a certification schedule, managing and tracking registration, and updating course details/certification requirements via a CMS. Translate business needs into instructional objectives, using a combination of video, eLearning, written content, and assessments. Design courses for online presentations that are conducive to distance learning programs, adhere to academic goals of the organization, and are easily assigned to varying user groups. Produce reporting from within our LMS and from survey data to capture metrics around learner engagement and knowledge gaps. Use that information for continuous improvement of existing training materials and road mapping of future content development.

Configured an eCommerce checkout process for customers to easily purchase and enroll in certification via credit card – this process significantly reduced the workload of our sales team.Engineered a new publication process for our Technical Writing Team, with an emphasis on consistent shared practices, QA testing, and a streamlined publication process which significantly improved resource allocation. Manage publication of ongoing product release notes and online help for each of our products.

Launched the Syntellis Academy LMS. Created the architecture of the user and content structure, integrated seamless single sign-on connections for staff and customers, and built out the content library from the ground up.Collaborated with IT and Salesforce teams to launch Syntellis Central, our all-in-one training portal for customers to access our LMS, online help, peer-to-peer community, and knowledgebase from one centralized location. Assessed vendors and ultimately selected and launched our peer-to-peer community.
