As a Director of the Boston Rewards practice, Phil has assisted clients in the analysis, design and development of various executive, sales, and broad-based compensation programs - including competitive pay assessments, sales incentive, annual incentive and long-term incentive plan design. Phil has worked with organizations to develop job leveling architecture, implement compensation software, design and implement compensation structures with performance based pay elements, and structured market strategies and compensation philosophies.Phil is a member of the pay for performance executive compensation team, helping clients to link executive pay with company performance metrics, including compensation actually paid to total shareholder return. He publishes a quarterly blog with the pay for performance technology industry team, while keeping pace with the latest SEC rules and regulations surrounding proxy disclosures and excise tax implications for non-for-profit organizations.Phil partners with Willis Towers Watson’s Data Services to provide leading-edge HR software to our clients, specializing in the HRIS, market analysis, and data iterative tool, Compensation Software. Phil serves as the North American GTM Lead for the advisory practice, responsible for coordinating sales initiatives, internal training and processes, and prioritizing product enhancements.Phil advises clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, life sciences, insurance, defense, financial services, and utilities. He has served as a project lead, project manager, lead analyst, and industry resource on multiple projects in advisory relationships for both board and/or management across a variety of human capital programs/initiatives
