Manage monthly production of team, including reviewing prior day production, determining areas of opportunity, 1:1 daily coaching and issue resolution of call audits, morning huddles, application reviews, report creation and analysis. Provide monthly detailed production review for all senior account executives including setting production goals and strategizing performance development. Interview, hire and onboard sales representatives, and develop into Agents/Sr. Account Executives.
