Designed and created new vehicle simulation test rigs for FEAD and an Automated coolant system test rig. Implemented LMS and created new test procedures worldwide especially the area of torsional testing.

This role involved compiling individual component test plans into an engine or rig test plan based on economic constraints & resource loading. Daily tasks included facilitating & supporting the ‘Mechanical Validation Program’ through numerous world-wide testing locations. Responsible for project management reporting against program deliverables. Product changes are closely monitored by good communication between myself, design and purchasing teams in order to provide flexibility to the validation test plan to ‘fully’ validate the engine with design iterations to production launch.
